Return Policy:

At Dovana Home, our top priority is your satisfaction, and we strive to provide you with exceptional products and service. To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, we have established the following return policy:

1. Returns for Change of Mind:
We understand that sometimes preferences may change. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if you decide that the item is no longer suitable for your needs. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

2. Returns for Sale or Discounted Items:
Please note that items purchased during a sale or discounted period are final and non-returnable. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for these items.

3. Inspection and Open Delivery for Adelaide Metro:
For customers in Adelaide Metro, our delivery personnel will open the mirror box upon arrival to ensure the mirror is in new and perfect condition. This allows us to address any concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:
We understand that accidents can happen in transit and in order for us to assist you it is very important that you ensure you check all items immediately upon receiving.

If your order was received damaged or the wrong items were delivered please email us with the below details:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage and items
  • Supporting photographs or videos of the item/s
  • Clear image of the packaging including shipping label

This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damages and items within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods and therefore a resolution may not be provided.

Any issues reported outside of the 24hr period are ineligible for consideration for replacement or repair. PICK-UPS NOT INCLUDED, see pick-up waiver below.

In the unfortunate event that your order has been received damaged, Dovana Home will work hard to facilitate a resolution. We will require the goods to be returned to Dovana Home in the original packaging. If the original packaging has been disposed of we may be unable to proceed with your claim.

If your order has visible mishandling to the packaging please take a photo for yours and our records and refuse the delivery (do not accept the delivery from the driver). Once you refused the delivery please email us at info@dovanahome.com so we can investigate the matter further for you. 


5. Return Authorization Process:
If you believe you have a valid reason for returning an item based on the guidelines mentioned above, please contact our customer support team at info@dovanahome.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the return authorization process and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

6. Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Returns may be rejected if there are signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

7. Return Shipping and Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

8. Refunds and Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item and it meets our return policy requirements, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
