  1. Delivery Methods and Areas

1.1 For Sydney Metro: We have a reliable delivery company to handle shipping. We can deliver from Monday to Sunday. You can message us to let us know which day and time suits you best, so we can coordinate accordingly. Please note that our delivery service is primarily available on weekdays.

1.2 Rural Area Deliveries: If your delivery address is in a rural area, please note that your order may be delivered on a pallet due to limited services in these areas. Delivery times may vary for rural areas, and additional charges may apply. For more details regarding costs and delivery timeframes to rural areas, please contact our team at info@dovanahome.com.

1.3 Interstate Buyers: For our valued interstate buyers, we have partnered with a small delivery removalist company to handle transportation from our warehouse to your address. Due to limited delivery availability, it may take a few weeks to deliver your order. However, this delivery service is highly reliable. We will email you with the contact number of the removalist company and provide information about the possible delivery day and time.

2.1 Mirror Orders: For mirror orders, our assigned third-party freight provider will directly contact you via email or text to provide specific delivery date details. Please note that tracking numbers may not be available for furniture orders.

  1. Delivery Acceptance

3.1 Availability for Delivery: It is crucial to ensure that you or an authorized person is available to accept the delivery. If there is no one present to receive the delivery, re-delivery charges may be applied by the freight carrier.

3.2 Non-Response to Delivery Notifications: Failure to respond to delivery notifications may lead to unsuccessful delivery attempts and additional redelivery fees.

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers: All freight and shipping charges are paid directly to our third-party service providers. These charges are non-refundable.

  1. Access and Delivery Restrictions

5.1 Entry and Access Requirements: Please carefully consider the measurements of your entryway and take note of any stairs, hallways, or limited access requirements. Dovana Home cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit or cannot be safely delivered due to unviable access points, such as narrow stairways, no lift access, construction sites, or similar conditions.

5.2 Fragile Items and Freight Company Discretion: Our pieces are delicate, and the safety of both our workers and the items is of utmost importance. Delivery decisions will be made by the freight company based on their assessment of safe access. If delivery cannot be fulfilled due to entry access, it will not be eligible for a refund. The freight charge will still apply, along with any applicable restocking fees.

6.1 Address Requirements: Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for shipping purposes. We are unable to ship to Australia Post Parcel Pick up or PO Box addresses.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
